• My organisation is paying for my conference attendance, who can I contact for a quotation/an invoice?

To get a quotation/an invoice, fill in the online registration form and indicate that you would like to have a quotation/an invoice generated.

• My SASA membership has expired, how do I renew it?

The necessary SASA membership renewal information can be found on the SASA website. Kindly follow this link: https://sociology.africa/join-sasa Or, for any further membership renewal queries, kindly contact: joining@sociology.africa 

• I am unable to attend the conference in person, will there be any online participation?

The conference will require in-person attendance. There will therefore be no virtual participation.

• I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, which fee category do I fall under?

Postdoctoral Research Fellows pay the student rate.

• Kindly let me know which day I am presenting so that I know when to register for.

• If you need a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please send a copy of your passport along with your dates of travel to the LOC at SASA2026.Sociology@wits.ac.za
